Setting up email contact forms on your website using Aspida Mail Print

If you are using your Aspida email account as your contact email through your website, it is important for your website to set it up properly.  Your webhost/website designer will need to properly configure the setup of your domain/website on their server. 

When you are creating an account on your cPanel hosted server the default email routing configuration is Automatically Detect Configuration.  In order for the email to route properly (from the website), you must select Remote Mail Exchanger. 

This will force the email to be routed externally (to Aspida), rather than its failed attempt to deliver the mail within the cPanel account.
