UPDATE 9/9/2024 - We are continuing to make improvements this week but impact to customers should be minimal. Customers that use mail clients (like Outlook) may need to close/re-open the program and re-subscribe to folders but all mail should be available. Webmail may still have a slower than normal refresh rate but shouldn’t be more than 20-30 seconds to first load.

UPDATE 9/5/2024 - We have identified an issue with the email indexing and access. We are applying a fix to resolve the issue. This may take some time to re-index each mailbox. We will continue providing periodic updates.

We are aware of the performance issues within Aspida Mail, however, sending and receiving are not affected. Some customers may be impacted by slow Webmail performance and/or inability to log in as well as issues with mail client connections (ex: Outlook, Thunderbird).

We are currently investigating and working to resolve.
