- Email clients such as MS Outlook have file attachment size limits. These limits are specific to the email client and not Aspida Mail. Some email clients allow you to change these limits. Before making any changes you may want to consult with your network administrator to make sure there are no other limitations that are imposed by your network configuration.
- If you are using Aspida Mail, you can add up to five (5) attachments, of up to 10MB each. Ask your recipients if they can receive large files. While Aspida Mail may allow large attachments, your recipients may not be able to receive them.
- Aspida Mail blocks attachment types such as executables, dynamic link libraries, batch files, etc. Typical file extensions that are blocked are (.exe, .bat, .com, .dll, .pif, .vb, .src).
