Why can’t I send an email? Print

The most common reason for delivery failure is that the recipient’s email address is not correct. Double-check the spelling of the email address. A single misplaced letter can be enough to cause a failed delivery. If the message continues to be bounced back to you, you may want to verify that the account exists. If you are using an email client such as Microsoft Outlook you may want to test sending an email using the Aspida webmail interface instead. This will identify if there is an issue between the practice and the Aspida Mail server. If you are unsure or unable to troubleshoot further contact your practice network administrator for further assistance or contact Aspida Mail support.
