For compliance and auditing reasons it is recommended that each user that requires email access have a unique email address. We can however, create email aliases, allowing for email to be distributed to multiple users within the practice.  For example if you have a generic email info@dentaloffice.com that multiple employees access we can create a forwarding alias so that when someone emails to this address the email is distributed to multiple employees within the practice.
